Great Thankgiving reads for the younger set

With Thanksgiving just a few short days away, now is the perfect time to come to the library in search of some of these great titles! Holidays are a great time to get cozy with the family gathered ’round and a nice stack of books. Here are some of my favorite children’s titles:

Happy Thanksgiving, Biscuit! by Alyssa Satin Capucilli
One is Feast for a Mouse: A Thanksgiving Tale by Judy Cox
Over the River and Through the Wood by Lidia Maria Child
P is for Pilgrim by Carol Crane
Thanksgiving is… by Gail Gibbons
The Perfect Thanksgiving by Eileen Spinelli
I know an Old Lady who Swallowed a Pie by Alison Jackson
The Thanksgiving Story by Alice Dalgliesh
The Thanksgiving Door by Debby Atwell
Thanksgiving is Here! by Diane Goode

Start a new holiday tradition this year with a special family read aloud. Happy Thanksgiving!
